Naomi Bagdonas is an executive advisor and Lecturer at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business who helps leaders build more innovative, collaborative, and joyful work cultures (and lives). An expert in the intersection of levity and leadership, Naomi advises global CEO, professional athletes, and public figures on topics ranging from appearances on Saturday Night Live, to leadership presence, to creating a new type of legacy for multi-generational family office. She is the co-author of the nationally bestselling book, Humor, Seriously, focused on why and how humor can be used as a secret weapon in business and life, and is formally trained in improv and sketch comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in Los Angeles. Her work has been widely featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Harvard Business Review, and Forbes. In addition to teaching in Stanford’s MBA and Executive Education programs, Naomi teaches improv comedy in the San Francisco county jail.
